Your plan, and how far along it is
The plan you signed, item by item, with owner, status and the date each one shipped.
Every client gets one login. Inside it: the work done this week and what it changed, your enquiries against last week, what each campaign cost, and what needs your decision. Below is a sample week of it, working.
The plan you signed, item by item, with owner, status and the date each one shipped.
A log of what was done, tied to the number it was meant to move. A list of changes with reasons, not a list of tasks.
Enquiries, bookings, orders or demos first. Then what produced them: search and AI answers, campaigns, social, each on its own clock.
Where it came from and when it was last refreshed. If a source is disconnected, the tile says so.
How often you are named in the answers to your category's questions, seven runs per prompt, per engine, with the count behind it.
Anything that needs your yes, in one queue, so nothing stalls in an email thread.
One button. You pick the time.
A five-line written note every Monday: what changed, why, what shipped, what needs your decision, what is next. On WhatsApp, by email, and in the dashboard, so you choose where you read it. A one-page report and a call every month. A call whenever you ask.
Anything that needs your yes waits in one queue: a landing-page draft, a budget move, the three competitor names for the AI-visibility run. You tap Decide, it moves into the work log with your name and the time, and Monday's note says what happened next. Nothing waits in an email thread, and nothing is done in your name without you.
One tap. Nothing to type, nothing to forward.
It lands in the log with your name and the time, and the work that follows sits under it.
Monday's note says what your decision did.
Every tile answers a question you asked. Enquiries, bookings, orders or demos sit at the top, and the numbers that produced them sit underneath, each with its source and date. A number with no target does not get a tile, which keeps the page short enough to read on a phone between customers.
Asked which metric matters most, 44% of business owners say conversions and 6% say traffic. Asked how often they report, 69% of agencies say monthly and 11% say weekly. The dashboard and the Monday note are built on the gap between those two answers.
