Terms.
The shape of every engagement, stated once so the proposal does not have to.
The engagement.
Month one is the audit. The full audit, the plan across every service it calls for, and the first fixes shipped and measured.
From month two, the plan runs in the hours agreed in the proposal: SEO and content, campaigns, web, social and creative as the plan sets them. One AI-visibility run a month. A written update every week. A one-page report and a call every month, and a call whenever you ask. Your dashboard throughout.
Ad spend and tools: you pay the platforms and any tools directly, from accounts in your own name, at their price.
Money and notice.
Invoiced monthly, in advance. Applicable taxes are added to the invoice.
Ad spend is paid by you, directly to the platforms, from accounts in your own name.
Either side can end the engagement with fifteen days' written notice. There is no minimum term.
The ninety-day clause. If the numbers we agreed on in the proposal have not moved by the end of month three, measured against the baseline set in month one, month four is free.
Your data, your accounts.
GA4, Search Console, ad accounts and social accounts stay in your name, with you as owner, from day one. We hold the access you grant us and nothing more, and we remove ourselves when the engagement ends. The dashboard is yours to read for as long as you are a client, and you receive an export of it when you leave.
What we say and what we can prove.
Every number in a Relay deck or dashboard carries its source and the date it was checked. If a number turns out to be wrong, we correct it in writing, with the date of the correction. AI-visibility figures are reported as bands from seven runs per prompt, with the sampling method stated.
Proposals.
A proposal is one page, sent the next business day after the call. It names the three gaps, what we would do first and how it will be measured, the services the plan calls for, the monthly fee, and these terms. It stands for thirty days.
